Welcome to "Beauty. Food. Lifestyle."! Welcome to my world :)

I am Melon (well if that wasn't obvious enough haha). I am a Perth-based lifestyle beauty blogger/digital creator/micro-influencer who's struggling to stick with my diet plan which always ends up forgotten. I'm obsessed with anything beauty, like makeup and skincare, lifestyle and literally can't resist anything that is cute and glowy! Mind you, I wasn't the kid who grew up with makeup, I fell heads over heels in love with makeup when I was 20.

What "Beauty. Food. Lifestyle." is about:

Simply. Beauty and Food. Though that's a short answer.
Here's a longer answer, I will be sharing interesting food and product (makeup and skincare) reviews. Sometimes, there will be posts about my food adventures around Perth *updated per 2016: on instagram.com/melon.foodie* - note: I am not a professional food critique nor a food expert, so obviously my food instagram page is not intended to give you a professional insight about the food that I try. Rather, it is simply my humble opinion about the wonderful and not-so-wonderful things that I chew and ingest.

You will sometimes also find sponsored posts of products, but I can assure you that I only accept the offer when the sponsor agrees with my principal of honest and non-exaggerated review. Thus you can be assured that my sponsored reviews are 100% honest and 100% purely from my personal opinion. Plus, I myself love to explore and try out new products and give you real opinion on them. I started this blog to share my reviews, favourite beauty products and all things that are beauty related to hopefully help and inspire you.

Tokyo Banana Original Review

It has been a while since I did a snack review.... tonight's the night I shall share my opinion of a famous Japanese treat called Tokyo Banana Original  :) Fun fact of the day... Do you know Tokyo Banana expires within 12 days? But it must be consumed within 7 days (in order to taste the original flavour) so you can't keep it too long! *sad* Japan is very well known country with their wide varieties of snacks, in which all of them are very yummy!  If you are not into Japanese snacks, haven't been to Japan at all or have no idea what this is... Tokyo Banana is just a soft plain sponge cake filled with banana custard cream. It's a famous Japanese snack and you can only purchase them in Japan or through online (for more deets, message me)!  It is seriously a MUST HAVE food souvenir when you visit Japan.  From their website, it is said that they come in boxes of 4, 8 ,12 and 16.
