Apparently this is ranked #1 in Japan so I thought to myself, ooh let's try this! It then prompted me to ask the owner at Perth Fabulous Beauty about it, the price ($79) I admit, initially threw me off. Innisfree Eco Eyebrow Pencil #2 Black Review

This is my first ever eyebrow pencil that I got in the shade black. In the past *ever since I dyed my hair and taught how do eyebrow makeup*, I have been using a variety of brown: from blonde brown to dark brown. So it was interesting to try out how this perform on me. I'm impressed. Alohaaaa everybody! :) It's a bit saddening that I haven't post on here for a while, been posting away on my personal blog instead!
