April Empties

Image
Well well well April flew by so quickly that I can't believe tomorrow is May. The year is definitely flying so fast that it ain't minding anyone's business, I tell ya! Last month, I did a favourites video so to switch it up, for this month, I have a short post today dedicated to the beauty products I've emptied (YAYS!), it's not much, but here goes :) and here's a typical flatlay I do on my instagram First up, SKINCARE . Tony Moly Panda's Dream So Cool Eye Stick -  Let me tell you, every now and then when I'm hunting down my latest and greatest korean beauty finds, I will be tempted. Not by a product that I've heard loads of amazing reviews on. Not even by a product that I necessarily need. But just by its cute packaging. It's just impossible for me to resist. Like this, it's cute. Really cute. And I must have it. Does anyone out there feels me? The Tony Moly Panda's Dream line has been around for a little while now, and t...

John Taylor - The Noosa watch review

Image
Hello everyone :) Welcome back! It's EASTER, um say what? This year is flying WAY too quick! I swear yesterday was just the first day of the year. And to say it's already middle of April. *still in denial* Life has definitely been really busy for me - handling with working full time, juggling time to spend with family and friends, and basically been planning for my US trip in a couple of months time. . But anyhow, without further a-do, today's post is about (as suggested from the title) a super-late-but-promised review of John Taylor's  "The Noosa" watch. “Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend.” I remembered when I was young, all the adults around me, advised me to spend time wisely. But when I think of time back then, was that it's slow and there's plenty of time to do things. My parents have always bought me watches throughout primary school to highschool - to keep track of time - when I was little, I wish time goes faster, but ...

Hello lovely ladies! Since I don't have a valentine, happy valentine's to you all! It has definitely been many moons ago that I've posted on my blog here, so sorry for my recent absence! Was really busy with work and life. Some of you may have noticed that my instagram account has totally disappeared today - woke up this morning and found out my account was deactivated by instagram, according to them, "I violated one of their terms" and I literally gasped when I saw it. I was like what the hell. What did I do?! I didn't do anything wrong. What's going on. My heart shattered to pieces and literally the whole day at work today, I was constantly stressing with what ifs, what now, all my hard work has flushed down the drain, what should I do etc. I was all over the place, my mind was constantly running trying to think of solution! Just then, I found an appeal form, followed the instructions and well fingers crossed, I hope I get my account back in one piec...

Dr. LeWinn's Eternal Youth Day & Night Serum Review

Image
When it comes to makeup, my mum is my complete opposite. For her, less is more and her makeup routine is extremely simple - sunscreen and her signature plum lipstick. I, on the other hand... well, I write for a beauty blog, so that pretty much says it all. If we're planning to go out somewhere, I'll spend over an hour just doing my makeup; she can be out the door in five minutes. Although it's clear that we don't have much common makeup habit-wise, I've recently come to find that my mum and I can finally agree on one thing: sharing the love for Dr. LeWinn's Eternal Youth Range ! Two months ago, I ran out of my serum (always on the hunt for good serums - in particularly, anti-aging ones, which I find a lot of my friends ask - "aren't you too young for anti-ageing products?" H ave  you ever wonder, are twenty-somethings too young for anti-aging skin treatments like serums, eye creams and facial creams? Well I do. Growing up, I've heard t...

Image
Is this worth the hype or not? So I've heard that this product was highly raved last year, back then I was on edge whether to get it or not, then next minute, I was gifted this with other products ( see here ), I was seriously so shocked to receive these (in my head, was running around whispering, "Is this real life?"), and I can't be more grateful. Anyhow, so I've put this palette to test :) read on to know whether it's worth the splurge or not! ;) First impression:  The photos really do the talking here.
